It is the mission of the Norwich Arts Council Gallery to provide, encourage and support involvement in the arts, toward the goal of enriching the cultural life of area residents. The Norwich Arts Council (NAC) Cooperative is a non-profit gallery comprised of a group of artists from the area who promote the visual arts in eastern Connecticut through individual and group exhibitions and other activities. The Cooperative maintains a professional gallery space of approximately 600 square feet at 60 Broadway in downtown Norwich. Each month a different artist or group exhibits their work and hosts a reception on the first Friday of the month from 7 to 9 pm in conjunction with the Donald L.
