Directions to NAC

From Route 395N:
Take Exit 80E.
Take a right off the exit ramp onto Route 82E.
Go straight through 13 traffic lights.
At the 14th light, turn right onto 2E, and stay in the middle lane.
Go straight through the next 2 sets of lights.
At the 3rd light, turn right but stay in the left lane.
Turn left at the next light, then take the first left onto Bath Street.
At the light, turn left onto Broadway. NAC is the first building on the right.

Note: from Route 395N you could instead take Exit 81E, which avoids the downtown area—then follow directions below from 395S.

From Route 395S:
Take Exit 81. This puts you on Route 2/32 Connector.
At the light, turn right onto Route 2/32, which goes past Backus Hospital.
Go straight through 1 light.
At the 2nd light, take the left fork which puts you onto Broadway.
Go straight through 2 more lights. You will pass Norwich Free Academy,
St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the Town Hall. When you come to the 3rd light, which is at the bottom of the hill, NAC is the first building directly on your right.

PARKING
You can sometimes park in the parking lot right next to our building.

If there is no parking there, you may have to go around the block to find street parking. So at the light, you can turn left, left at the next light, then first left onto Bath Street. Instead of turning left onto Broadway, go right/straight up the hill past the Town Hall. Parking is often available on this side of Broadway. Or if you reach Crossway Street, turn left onto Crossway Street, then left onto Broadway and park as you are going down the hill.

OR—as you pass NAC, turn right at the light, right at the next light, then right onto Church Street. Parking is often available on Church Street. Then walk to the bottom of Church, turn right onto Broadway, and you are at NAC. The handicap entrance to the Donald L Oat Theatre is actually on Church Street, and you enter NAC from the rear of the building. Signs are posted.
