The Norwich Arts Center Band is an intergenerational band that performs free concerts for the community and surrounding areas. Under the direction of conductor Robert Clowes, The NAC Band performed for the Welcoming Ceremony of the Vietnam Traveling Wall the summer of 2009 at the Howard T Brown Park.

The Norwich (CT) Semiseptacentennial March was created especially for the city of Norwich's 350th Celebration. This march was composed by band member Pat Siravo, produced by Thom and Dee Keaney and presented to the City of Norwich as a thank you for past years of support to NAC.

The band kicked off 2010 with a Seasonal Concert on Jan 10th in the Donald L. Oat Theater, and have recently performed at Dodd Stadium for the Independence Day Celebration in July.

Rehearsals are held Tuesdays in the Donald L. Oat Theater.  All musicians are welcome and urged to join the ensemble. Currently, the youngest member of the band is 11 years old and the oldest is 84, so all are welcomed!
