Patrons requesting that tickets be "held" must guarantee payment by a Visa or Master Card. If desired, the tickets can still be paid for by check or cash prior to the event. If the ticket order is not cancelled by phone or in person prior to the show, your credit card will be charged.

Fill out the order form (also available at NAC Box Office & on our 2005-2006 season brochure), include your check made payable to NAC, or Visa or Master Card information and signature, and a self addressed stamped envelope, and send it to NAC, 60 Broadway, Norwich, CT 06360 - ATTN: Ticket Sales.

Call the Norwich Arts Council Office at (860) 887-2789. Have your Visa or Master Card information handy. Please leave your information with the Box Office voicemail - which is option 3.

Send your ticket request and receive confirmation within 24 hours. You will be contacted for ticket payment by follow up phone call, so be sure to give us your preferred contact number and an alternate number so we can reach you.
The box office will also open 1/2 hour prior to show time upstairs in the Donald L. Oat Theater.
